Relaxed morning with self-serve breakfast

10am-11am - Yoga

11:15-12pm - Guided Nature Meditation Walk
​
12-1pm LUNCH - Includes discussion of mindful nutrition
​
1-3pm - Self-Care Free Time
Use this time to engage in self-care, such as use of spa, reading, resting, journaling, exercising. These activities may be guided or individual.
Invitation: Share a self-care offering with the group
​
3-5pm - Professional Development Group Workshop
Members are invited to bring a personal or professional challenge that they want support in working through.
​
5:30-6:30pm - Group meal preparation. Discussion of balanced nutrition continues.
​
6:30-7:30pm - DINNER - Mindful community eating
​
8pm - Outdoor group energy release activity
SUNDAY
Reflect
9:30am-10am - Light yoga/stretch
​
10am- Community breakfast ​
​
11-1 - Candle making workshop with components of peer supervision and self-reflection woven in. Includes a foraging component and intention setting for the future.

1-2 - Light lunch
​
2pm- Closing circle and departures
​
​
Guests are asked to depart by 4pm.
